P2P Bus Trips from NAIA to Alabang Now Open
Airport bus servicer UBE Express launched a new point-to-point (P2P) bus route Thursday, November 8. Under the new route, the P2P bus company will ferry passengers from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to Alabang, Muntinlupa and Santa Rosa, Laguna, and vice versa.
The Muntinlupa terminals will be located at Alabang Town Center and Ayala Malls South Park, while the Laguna terminals will be at Nuvali Estate and Robinsons Santa Rosa.
"Ang P2P ay isang paraan para ang ating mga mananakay ay magkaroon ng komportable na biyahe," Transportation Assistant Secretary Manny Gonzales said in his speech during its launch at the NAIA Terminal 3 in Pasay City. "The UBE buses are compliant with the requirements of the Department of Transportation on the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program. We are very supportive of this kind of initiative."
According to the company's estimates, their P2P bus will have a travel time of 45 minutes from NAIA to Alabang. Travel to Laguna will take 1.5 hours.
Bus fare to Alabang will cost PhP110, while Laguna will cost PhP190.
As with other P2P buses belonging to Ube Express, the Euro-5 compliant NAIA-Alabang-Laguna buses are fully air-conditioned and equipped with adequate luggage racks and compartments, global positioning system (GPS) technology, WiFi connection and CCTV cameras, as well as low-floor entry and wheelchair ramps for persons with disability.
