In a virtual meeting after, Paz said that he focused on the race without thinking of the injury or his birthday celebration.
After being lauded for his performance the young driver also received a surprised from YMPH : a brand-new Sniper 155.
The second race for Round 5 had to be cancelled after an accident in a different category occurred that day.
Meanwhile, YMPH Marketing Assistant Section Manager Toni Boi Acuesta told Carmudi Philippines that while Paz is showing a strong performance for last two races, their expectation for the number 32 rider under VR46 Master Camp Race team remained the same: “for him to gather experience for his debut in the competition and to enjoy while staying safe on the tracks.”
