PH oil players to close Feb. 2023 with price rollbacks
Following the oil price hike last week, local fuel players are set to close the month of February with an across-the-board price reduction.

Companies will reduce P.70 per liter on gasoline, P1.30 per liter on diesel, and P1.80 per liter on kerosene.Based on their respective advisories today (Monday), Caltex, Cleanfuel, Petron, Seaoil, and Unioil will trim down the price of gasoline products by P0.70 per liter and diesel by P1.30 per liter.
Meanwhile, many of the aforementioned brands shall also trim down the price of kerosene by P1.80 per liter.
Other oil firms are expected to show similar price movements.
The adjustment on prices will begin at 12:01 a.m. of February 28, 2023.
This follows the retail price change last February 21 wherein fuel companies added P0.90 per liter on gasoline products as well as P1.05 per liter on diesel while cutting down the pump price of kerosene by P0.25 per liter.
