According to Porsche Cars North America President and Chief Executive Officer Timo Resch, customer loyalty is at the Porsche brand’s core.

“Every one of us, from our independently owned and operated Porsche Centers across America to our headquarters here in Atlanta, is committed to creating a world-class experience from start to finish. We are grateful to deliver such a meaningful experience that is a result of our team’s daily efforts,” he added.

As the name suggests, the results of the analysis are based on customer loyalty — which is already in its sixth year — and checks if an owner will purchase under the same brand after trading in their existing unit.

Aside from that, the study considers various factors such as overall satisfaction, brand trust, and customer experience throughout the ownership cycle that determines client behavior.

The study uses data from the Power Information Network (PIN) to determine customer loyalty. To ensure data accuracy, PIN only considers transactions at franchised new-vehicle dealers. The findings for this year’s study are based on transaction data from September 2023 to August 2024 — making the insights timely and relevant to current market trends.
