Special-edition Mini models to get new hues starting Nov.

Mini announced that the brand’s special-edition models, namely Resolute, Untold, and Untamed, will get new hues starting this November.

The Mini Resolute Edition is available for the Mini 3-door, the Mini 5-door, the Mini Convertible, and the Mini Cooper S. Its palette will grow with the addition of Nanuq White and Enigmatic Black. For a more streamlined appearance, the roof and mirror caps of Mini Resolute Edition cars can be painted Pepper White or black to match.

Per Mini, the new Nanuq White and Enigmatic Black paint will go well with the exclusive Resolute Bronze finish. The bronze trims can be found on the headlight surrounds, the radiator grille, the side scuttles on the front side panels, the handles of the doors, the tailgate, and the rear lights. The Mini Cooper S with the Resolute Bronze finish gets additional bronze accents on the air intakes in the front apron and the fuel filler cap.

The Mini Untold Edition, on the other hand, will get a new Midnight Black II paint. Available for the Mini Cooper S and the Mini Clubman John Cooper Works All4, this pitch-black hue also turns the vehicles’ side scuttles and Black Band to black from green.

As for the Mini Untamed Edition, which is exclusive to the Mini Countryman, it will be available with the same Nanuq White from the Resolute Edition models. The immaculate white paint will also transform the vehicle’s Mini logos, the rear and front bumper, the side skirts, and the underride guard.

“The Mini Editions emphasize the central character elements of the respective models by focussing on exclusive and harmonized equipment and design features. From November 2022, the particularly authentic product personalities will each present themselves with new paint finishes that add a touch of color to the lives of Mini drivers,” Mini wrote in a press release.
