Special Vehicle Operations, the customization arm of Jaguar Land Rover cars, launched a special-edition Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate, replete with new paint color combinations and tailored interior detailing.
Made by the SVO's SV Bespoke vehicle personalization team, the 568hp Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate ups the visual drama of what is "the fastest and most powerful vehicle in the Land Rover family."
Three hand-finished exterior paint choices include new Gloss Maya Blue and Gloss Marl Grey colors. Reflective white glass particles in the solid base coat give a star-like sparkle. A third option, for a more stealthy look, is Satin Ligurian Black. A Gloss Narvik Black contrast roof comes with each color.
The SV Bespoke team’s attention to detail extends to the black Range Rover lettering on the hood and tailgate, with exclusive contrasting Fuji White edging which is also used for the side fender accents.
A body-colored carbon fiber vented bonnet, 22-inch five split-spoke forged alloy wheels, and black brake calipers reinforce the Rover SVR Ultimate’s presence. The said accoutrements complement the SVR’s Narvik Black contrast roof, door mirror caps, front grilles and grille surrounds, front wing detail, and tailgate finishers.
The Range Rover Sport SVR is the fastest Land Rover ever produced. Now in its second generation, the current model is powered by a version of the 5.0-liter V8 supercharged engine, which produces 568hp and 700Nm of torque. The figures are responsible for the SUV's zero-to-100kph time of 4.5 seconds and top speed of 283kph.
The craftsmanship of the SV Bespoke team is also evident inside. Specially commissioned chrome-finished SV Bespoke B-pillar badges, black anodized metal gearshift paddles, and Ultimate edition illuminated treadplates, blend with the Ebony and Cirrus interior. SVR-embossed lightweight Performance Seats in Windsor leather and contrasting Suedecloth lend more luxe.
From September 1 to 5, the Range Rover SVR Ultimate will debut on the Special Vehicle Operations stand at the Salon Privé motorshow in the UK.
Also in the UK, this speedy SUV goes for £123,900 (around P8.5 million). It's also available to order via Land Rover Retailers worldwide.
