Suzuki PH holds premier virtual opening for Marikina showroom

Since a lot of occasions are being done online, why not open a dealership virtually, right? If you think it is outrageous, then tell Suzuki Philippines Inc. (SPH) that, because that is what they just did.

The local arm for the Japanese compact car marque opened the latest addition to its dealer network, Suzuki Auto Marikina (SA Marikina), via online.

A member of the ANC+ Group of Companies, SA Marikina has made the brand more accessible to the  Marikina City populace and nearby areas as well.

SPH explained that since the threat of Covid-19 is still out there, celebrations and events that require gathering and physical interaction “are the last options to commemorate milestones and achievements especially for companies with a significant number of loyal and hardworking employees.”

The virtual ceremonies for the SA Marikina inauguration were led by Dealer Principal Anthony Cheng and  Executive Vice President and Treasurer, Dr. Mike Tan.

To note, it is the first time for a Suzuki Dealership grand opening to be done online. However, it was not the first event that SPH did utilizing the virtual spectrum.

Back in September, SPH held its annual Suzuki Auto Festival online—through the use of social media site, Facebook.

Suzuki Philippines Vice President and General Manager for the Automobile Division Keiichi Suzuki said that the latest opening is a testament to the brand's commitment to customers despite these times.

“The opening of Suzuki Auto Marikina is yet another reason to remain committed and relentless in servicing our customers. These trying times may have presented countless deterrents in our society, but we in Suzuki took on the challenge of helping the community bounce back and stay reliable to those who consider Suzuki automobiles as their dependable partner in rising above the situation. We are optimistic that more Filipinos, especially those in close proximity to SA Marikina, will welcome us with warmth and excitement as we continue to champion the Suzuki way of life!” Suzuki was quoted as saying.

The 12^th dealership under the ANC+ Group of Companies, SA Marikina stands proudly in Brgy. Sto. Nino, Gil Fernando Avenue Ext. Marikina City. It has 1,000 square-meter lot area with the capacity to display three Suzuki car units in its showroom.

Aside from that, the newly-opened dealership is also capable of receiving vehicles for repair and other services with six bays available. The vast experience of the group is an assurance that quality and reliable customer service will be provided to the city of Marikina.
