Suzuki PH secures 3rd spot among best-selling car brands for H1
Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) reached the third highest position in terms of vehicle sales volume in the whole country for the first half of 2021.
SPH sold a total of 9,987 units, which the manufacturer considered “breakthrough in Suzuki Philippine’s performance history” — welcoming the second half with much vigor.
The performance was achieved “despite the difficulties and obstacles experienced by the Philippine economy during this ongoing global pandemic.”
Leading the top three vehicles for SPH are the Suzuki Carry contributing 19.9 percent, followed by Ertiga MPV with 19.6 percent, and the Dzire with 18.4 percent share of sales volume— together accounting for more than 58 percent.
SPH Vice President and Automobile Division General Manager Keiichi Suzuki claimed that the latest milestone is the “is a testament of our brand’s mission of expanding our reach for more people to experience what the 'Suzuki Way of Life' is all about.”
“SPH shall continue in its pursuit of finding avenues to provide Filipinos with the best quality driving experience that only Suzuki can provide,” he added.
Further, SPH shared that followers and patrons of the brand locally can “expect the same and more from Suzuki for the second half of 2021.”
It continued, “Some things to look forward to are exciting promos like this July’s Ride Your Dream promo (where budding customers can enjoy big discounts of as much as P90,000 depending on the model and variant), the eventual physical return of the popular Auto Festival Event in select malls nationwide, several more dealership openings across the country, and of course, the continuous improvement and ingenuity of Suzuki’s vast array of products."
