Nissan has recently introduced the now-range-topping variant of the Terra sport utility vehicle (SUV) — the Terra Sport.
Thanks to its added exterior and interior appointments, Nissan Philippines’ dressed-up midsize SUV offers its would-be owners a more aggressive and adventurous-looking ride for daily commutes and weekend escapades.
Its new head-turning look serves as a befitting backdrop to its four fearless colors. Interested to see which of them best suits the Nissan Terra Sport? Join us till the end to find out.
Stealth Pearly Gray gives the Nissan Terra Sport a dependable and reliable aura, perfect for those who have that “see-things-through” kind of attitude.
And while we’re on the topic of reliability, the Nissan Terra Sport is equipped with mechanical components that made this SUV a reputable ride. Things like an independent double wishbone with coil spring and stabilizer bar front suspensions, multi-link (five-link) suspension with coil spring and stabilizer bar rear suspensions, as well as disc brakes — front and back — ensure that owners have the proper setup for your motoring needs.
The range-topping variant even gets a shift-on-the-fly part-time four-wheel-drive drive system and an electronic locking rear differential to give the driver confidence to conquer almost any terrain.
This paintwork evokes aggressive and spirited driving, which empowers those behind the wheel of the Nissan Terra Sport.
Equipped with a 2.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission with manual mode, this midsize SUV has what it takes to back up its feisty red finish.
On paper, the Nissan Terra Sport puts out as much as 187 horsepower with 450 Newton meters of torque.
White, as we often say, is the safest color on the palette. That’s because statistics show that vehicles painted in white are less involved in accidents compared to their bright and neutral-colored counterparts.
And speaking of safety, the Nissan Terra Sport comes with impressive features that can give its occupants added peace of mind.
Standard safety features include Supplemental Restraint System airbags, three-point Emergency Locking Retractor seatbelts with pre-tensioner and load limiter, an anti-lock braking system with electronic brake-force distribution and brake assist, vehicle dynamic control with four-wheel active brake limited slip, a slew of parking sensors and an anti-theft system.
The Nissan Terra Sport also benefits from the Nissan Intelligent System suite of safety features, which adds an intelligent around-view monitor, intelligent rear-view mirror, intelligent forward collision warning, intelligent emergency braking, lane departure warning, intelligent driver alertness, blind spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, hill start assist, hill descent control, an advanced drive assist display, and a tire pressure monitoring system.
This pitch-black paint is arguably the best fit for the Nissan Terra Sport. It complements the dark exterior appointments added to the truck, which can be found on its front grille, bumper, fender garnishes, side mirrors, door handles, roof rail, rear roof spoiler, rear underguard, and taillight trims.
Nissan also peppered the Terra Sport’s cabin with similarly-colored appliques. They can be found on the seats, steering wheel, center console, and gear shifter.
