We have already announced the coming of Ford's latest offering, the all-new Territory SUV. Today, we we will share with you some of the vehicle's features designed to cater to the Philippine market.
This Blue Oval offering will compete in the crossover category, and the Philippines will be the first market in the company’s International Market Group (IMG) composed of nearly 100 markets around the world that will offer the crossover.
The all-new Ford Territory has a 1.5L EcoBoost engine mated to a CVT transmission serving as its power mill, which makes it capable to carry the 4.6m long, 1.9m wide, and 1.7m high stance. It sits on 18-inch alloy wheels—giving it a sporty/rugged vibe.
This vehicle is also fitted with a myriad of driver-assist technologies such as 360-degree camera, Adaptive Cruise Control, Active Park Assist with parallel and segment-first perpendicular parking function, leather power adjust seats with cooling function.
It has 10-inch touchscreen for its infotainment system with multi-view function, wireless charging and panoramic moonroof, which kind of makes it like a baby Ford Expedition.
Ford Philippines managing director PK Umashankar is confident in the coming of the all-new Territory in the country.
“With the Ford DNA ingrained in its design, quality, and capability, the all-new Ford Territory is designed and engineered following Ford’s highest global quality standards to deliver an all-in-one SUV package that will deliver great value to Filipino customers looking for a stylish, spacious and technologically-advanced SUV,” he said.
