Top-performing partners recognized at 2024 Ford Dealer Convention

Ford Philippines has recognized its top-performing partners at the recently-concluded 2024 Ford Dealer Convention.

The American car brand's local arm divided the awards given that day into three categories: Sales, Service, and Customer Experience.

The Sales category acknowledged individuals and dealer teams who have sold the most number of Ford vehicles. Meanwhile, the Service category recognized the efforts of individuals and dealer teams who delivered excellent after-sales service in the areas of warranty, parts, accessories, and extended service business. Finally, the Customer Experience category honored individuals and dealer teams for their achievement of customer satisfaction scores in sales and service.

“We would like to congratulate our outstanding dealer employees and teams for their excellent performance that greatly contributed to the success of Ford Philippines last year,” Ford Philippines Managing Director Mike Breen was quoted saying.

“We hope that these accomplishments will further inspire and motivate the rest of our dealer community to continue delivering a great sales and service experience to our customers,” he added.

Below are the recipients and their respective awards:

Sales category

Top five retail sales consultants (Metro Manila)
1. Justine Faith Lim, Ford Global City
2. Maria Corazon Espinosa, Ford Quezon Avenue
3. Mercy Jen Lecita, Ford Commonwealth
4. Maria Cristina Avila, Ford Manila
5. Jhocelynne De Castro, Ford Balintawak

Top five retail sales consultants (provincial)
1. Rolan Orias, Ford Baliuag
2. Kim Rimmrol Martinez, Ford Baliuag
3. Don Hillary Van Gutierrez, Ford Pampanga

Tied at number four and five are Jamie Marie Flores of Ford Iloilo and Joseph Lindslee Ruta of Ford Davao.
