Toyota brings all-new Raize to PH, price starts at P746K

Following the teasers shown since last month, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has officially introduced to the local market the all-new Toyota Raize.

The first model launch for the leading automotive manufacturer in the country for 2022, the all-new Toyota Raize is designed for individuals who want the space a sport utility vehicle (SUV) offers yet is compact like a  sedan. 

The all-new Toyota Raize has two gasoline engine options: 1.0 liter, turbocharged three-cylinder, in-line, 12-valve DOHC with VVT-i engine and the 1.2-liter dual VVT-I. This is either paired to a manual gearbox or a continuously variable transmission.

The newly launched crossover from Toyota sports split-type LED headlamps with line guide (for the higher variants) and halogen headlamps ( fitted on the lower two trims). The two lighting systems both have daytime running lights.

The all-new Toyota Raize is fitted with a keyless entry with either push start or rotary type ignition system — depending on the variant.

Occupants are to be welcomed by the illuminated entry system and the steering wheel tailored  with either leather and silver (the upper two variants) or urethane and silver (on the lower two varieties).

Further, the all-new Toyota Raize is equipped with an eight- or nine-inch audio system that is compatible with Apple Carplay and Android Auto. The entertainment system is  connected to as many as six speakers and features two USB ports and a 12V accessory outlet.

In terms of safety, the all-new Toyota Raize is fitted with Vehicle Stability Control, Hill Start Assist and rear sonars as standard. The crème dela crème version comes with additional features namely Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, as well as additional front side and curtain airbags, and front clearance sonars. Both the upper two varieties also have a back monitor.

• 1.2 E MT: P746,000
• 1.2 E CVT: P816,000
• 1.2 G CVT: P906,000
• 1.0 Turbo CVT: P1.031 million (P1.036 million for White Pearl)

The all-new Toyota Raize is available in Gray Metallic, and Silver Metallic and Red (exclusive for the 1.2 G CVT variant) as well two-tone combination (white pearl and black; turquoise mica metallic and black; yellow and black that are exclusive for Turbo CVT variant).
