Our guess is as good as yours. Toyota has been beefing-up select models in Asia and providing them with the Gazoo Racing (GR) treatment. Just last year, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) released a Gazoo-fied version of its locally-offered sport utility vehicle (SUV) and pickup truck.
The Toyota Fortuner GR-S is fitted with GR-inspired bodykits which include sporty front and rear bumpers, body-color arch mold and back door garnish, a two-tone rear spoiler, and cool-looking fog lamp garnish. It also featured matte carbon trims on the center cluster and a kick sensor for its tailgate.
Similarly, the Toyota Hilux GR-S came with an aggressive G-mesh front grille design as well as a bold Toyota emblem. It also boasted gloss black body-colored over fenders and sports bars. Inside, it also had paddle shifters and a panoramic view monitor.
As for the Toyota Innova, the locally available multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) has seen its latest update years ago. Its range-topping model gets an all-LED lighting setup, chrome exterior trims, and a set of 17-inch wheels. Inside it offers captain seats, and a seven-inch infotainment system.
