Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has partnered with House of Fruitas to help the latter strengthen its daily operations.
The leading automotive manufacturer in the country shared that food and beverage small footprint store operator has acquired three units of the all-new Toyota Lite Ace FX units through Toyota Makati Inc. (TMI) dealership.
TMP said that the aforementioned units are set to be utilized to mobilize the House Fruitas’ people, equipment, and raw materials within Metro Manila and Metro Cebu.
The House of Fruitas, which has been TMP’s long-time partner, houses over 30 brands and 700 profitable stores nationwide.
“Natuwa kami nang malaman namin ang pananabik ng House of Fruitas noong lumabas ang balita na magkakaroon ng bagong 2022 Toyota Lite Ace FX. Taos puso ang aming pasasalamat sa kanilang masigabong pagtanggap sa aming bagong produkto na tunay na makatutulong sa mga lumalaking kumpanya tulad nila (We were happy to learn about House of Fruitas' excitement when the news broke that there would be a new 2022 Toyota Lite Ace FX. We sincerely thank them for their enthusiastic acceptance of our new product that will truly help growing companies like them),” TMI General Manager Lee Junia said.
“Ito ay tunay na Kasosyo ninyo sa Pag-asenso. Kami ay naniniwalang swerteng Buena Mano ang Fruitas sa amin at sa magiging bentahan ng Lite Ace dito sa bansa (This is truly a Partner in Ascension. We believe that Fruitas is good luck for us and the future sales of Lite Ace in the country)," he added.
TMP expressed firm belief in the all-new Toyota Lite Ace’s capabilities, saying that the model’s capacity, size, and safety features suit the House of Fruitas' operations. “The size of the Lite Ace can easily maneuver throughout the city without any challenges while transporting goods and people with ease. The Lite Ace is also a budget friendly vehicle while having low maintenance costs which makes it perfect to serve and assist the needs of budding businesses like the House of Fruitas,” the vehicle distributor said.
For his part, House of Fruitas Founder and Chief Executive Officer Lester Yu shared its confidence in the Toyota brand being a reliable business partner. “A lot of our customers rely on us to provide them with high quality products that are clean, convenient, and served fresh daily while ensuring price affordability. In order to do this, we also need reliable partners like Toyota for us to operate smoothly on a daily basis,” he was quoted as saying.
“Masaya kami na kami ang Buena Mano for the all-new Toyota Lite Ace FX (We are happy that we are the first for the all-new Toyota Lite Ace FX) to serve our customers and company’s needs. We have been loyal and avid users of Toyota because of its functionality, reliability and cost efficiency. We applaud Toyota for delivering another vehicle that will surely satisfy the needs of businesses like ours,” Yu added.
Aside from the FX, the all-new Toyota Lite Ace is also available in pickup, panel van and cargo variants — each designed to cater specific mobility needs. Pickup is an open bed unit for fast and flexible loading; the panel van comes with a sliding enclosure for a more secure cargo transport; while the cargo option best fits transportation of dry goods and other materials.
It can be recalled that the TMP relaunched the Lite Ace nameplate last July, which transformed the then-minivan offering into a light commercial vehicle (LCV).
