Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is urging customers to report sales agents that are putting additional premiums on the purchase and reservations of its Land Cruiser 300 (LC300) series.
In an advisory posted over its official Facebook page, TMP clarified that the LC300 is only being offered under one suggested retail price around the country.
“In case of any pricing concern, you may get in touch with TMP’s Customer Assistance Center via email address customerassistance@toyota.com.ph or hotline number (02) 8819 2912,” the country’s leading automotive distributor said.
Further, TMP also said that it is still working on the delivery of the units that are badly affected by the worldwide chip shortage.
“We thank our loyal Toyota customers for their patience in light of the global supply challenges affecting some of our models, including the Land Cruiser 300 series. We seek your understanding as we work on serving your requirements at the soonest possible time,” the company said.
