The TRB approved the adjusted toll fees for CAVITEX C5 Link on November 27, 2022.What is the new rate for the CAVITEX C5 Link?
The new rate for the CAVITEX C5 Link is P35 for Class 1, P69 for Class 2, and P104 for Class 3.With this the provisional toll rate for Class 1 vehicles is P35. On the other hand, Class 2 vehicles will now be charged P69. Meanwhile, Class 3 automobiles will have to pay P104.
Aside from introducing new traffic schemes in the area to manage traffic flow, CAVITEX management also opened a new Merville Exit Ramp last October to cater to Merville-direction-bound motorists.
The whole CAVITEX C5 Link will span a total of 7.7 kilometers (km) and connect to CAVITEX in 2023. This will help reduce travel time by thirty to forty-five minutes for motorists traveling from CAVITEX to Makati, Taguig, and Pasay (and vice versa). This project also helps decongest major thoroughfares such as EDSA and MIA Road.
