Unioil, Eastwest Bank renew partnership to extend fuel price discounts
Eastwest Bank has renewed its partnership with independent fuel company Unioil that will allow the oil firm to offer exclusive savings to its valued customers this year.

Select EastWest cardholders can enjoy discounts of P2 per liter on diesel and up to P4 per liter on gasoline.The banking firm said that the Eastwest Perks Campaign with Unioil shall give its credit, debit and prepaid cardholders discounts of P2.50 per liter on diesel and up to P4 per liter on gasoline.
In a statement, Eastwest Bank noted that its collaboration with the local oil player since 2019 have been offering exclusive price cuts and have continued the thrust amid the pandemic.

For his part, Unioil Vice President for Retail Eduardo Pasion said that partnership is a way of spreading the word that the oil firm is in the playing field and they are in it to lead it.
“Unioil is poised to expand to reach more customers and motorists. Being in the industry for over five decades, we remain committed to our goal of offering every motorist the better fuel choice. We were looking for a partner who was as driven as we were and partnering with Eastwest was the right decision. The collaboration was more than just offering a discount, it was about understanding the daily struggle of the motorists and offering a solution for more affordable travels,” he said.

To note, Unioil became the pioneer in offering the cleanest and most innovative products in the market. In September 2017, Unioil became the first and only retail station in the Philippines to release a complete line of Euro5-compliant fuels. Euro5 fuels have further reduced sulfur levels, thus producing cleaner emissions.
A maximum of three transactions accumulative to 80 liters may be availed of by a cardholder per day.
