Kia Philippines is dropping more information about the forthcoming all-new Carnival.
The Ayala-backed distributor said that the fourth-generation model will be offered in two trims (EX and SX variants) that are both configured to seat seven occupants.
To note, the previous version had three variations: the LX AT (entry level, 11-seater), EX AT 11-seater (mid-range) and the seven-seater (top-level variant).
Aside from that, the Korean automaker’s local arm said that the price of the luxurious minivan starts at P2.54 million. Those who are eyeing to buy the vehicle may already reserve their chosen trim at any Kia dealership in the country.
“Designed for executives, it’s a vehicle that can gracefully cruise them in and out of both corporate errands during workdays and family trips on rest days. Truly a class of its own, a Grand Utility Vehicle,” Kia Philippines shared.
Earlier, Kia Philippines shared that the all-new Carnival is fitted with its sliding doors, power tailgate, second-row seats with ottoman leg rest, automated sliding sunroof and infotainment audio system that is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The public reveal of the all-new Kia Carnival will be done via Kia Philippines official Facebook page and YouTube channel on February 17, 6:30 p.m. The online launch, dubbed as “Limitless moments that inspire” is in line with the global corporate slogan “Movement that Inspires” that Kia Philippines has adopted since November last year.
There is no information yet regarding the engine fitted in the incoming Kia Carnival but our market would likely have the 2.2-liter Smartstream diesel power mill that is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
