Upcoming Ford Island Conquest leg to be conducted in Cebu this weekend

Ford Philippines will end the month of October by bringing its experiential test drive event to Cebu this weekend.

The Blue Oval’s distributor in the country said that the fifth leg of the Ford Island Conquest (FIC) is set on October 28-30 at the SM Seaside City Cebu in its bid to reach more customers in the Queen City of the South and nearby areas.

The three-day roadshow will feature a dynamic display and on-road test drive, allowing customers to see and experience its Ford vehicles led by the next-generation Ford Ranger and Everest.

Ford Philippines reiterated that customers at the event are entitled to receive a prize when they reserve the next-generation Ranger and Everest, as well as the Territory, Mustang, and Explorer.

Further, the firm would be giving away more than P2 million worth of cash discounts and prizes — with price cuts that could go as much as P100,000. Other prizes include cash discounts of P10,000, P20,000, P30,000, three-year scheduled service plan, premium Ford merchandise, and next-generation Ranger and Everest accessories packs.

The company also said that an additional P15,000-reduction will be accorded to clients who will avail a financing program through partner banks Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI) or Eastwest when purchasing the next-generation Ranger and Everest, Territory, Mustang, and Explorer.

“We are excited to bring our Ford Island Conquest event to Cebu City and give more customers and enthusiasts the chance to check out and test drive our next-generation Ford vehicles,”  Ford Philippines Managing Director Michael Breen was quoted as saying.

 “We’re definitely encouraged with the great results and positive feedback from our previous FIC legs, and we intend to sustain the momentum with our fifth FIC leg in Cebu and a few more planned roll-outs before the end of the year,” he added.

Just like in the other legs, the upcoming FIC in SM Seaside City Cebu will be open from 10 a.m. up to 9p.m., with the test drive activity open until 6 p.m. 

Customers who will test drive the vehicles at the event (which is open to the public) are advised to wear the appropriate footwear.
