Vespa Philippines officially launched the SuperSport and SuperTech variants of the GTS nameplate.
As their names imply, the Vespa GTS SuperSport is aimed at the sporty, performance-oriented riders while the GTS SuperTech was designed to appeal to those in the market for a motorcycle that offers cutting-edge technology.
Outside, the Vespa GTS SuperSport flaunts a bold character as seen on its graphite-colored rims with dedicated graphics. Also, the said motorbike wears many black details, including the profile that runs along the perimeter of the body.
Also found is a steering cover on the shield that gives off a brand-new carbon look finish and is made more aggressive with neon orange decorations.
Noticeable is its black saddle with horizontal heat sealing and double stitching in contrasting neon orange.
The Vespa GTS SuperSport is available in three colors, namely White Innocenza, Black Opaco Matt, and Green Olive Matt.
Meanwhile, the sophisticated and tech-savvy Vespa GTS SuperTech offers a standout look thanks to its graphite-finished wheel rims with a diamond finish, satin chrome gray trims, and dedicated graphics.
Its steering cover decorations and front shock spring feature neon green accents. Likewise, its saddle boasts a “high-tech” finish, with double upholstery and two-color seams with neon green sections.
It is available in two colors, Gray Quarzo Matt and Blue Deep.
Both the Vespa GTS SuperSport and GTS SuperTech come with a keyless system and are compatible with the Vespa Mia. Per the Italian luxury scooter brand, the GTS SuperTech dons the ultra-modern TFT color display, while the GTS SuperSport gets a new instrument panel.
Powering both motorcycles is a 278 cubic centimeter engine that generates as much as 23.8 horsepower and 26 Newton-meters of torque. The powerplant is mated to a continuously variable transmission with a torque server.
The said setup, according to Vespa, clocks in at 30.3 kilometers per liter.
The Vespa GTS SuperSport is priced at P375,000 while the GTS SuperTech has a sticker price of P415,000.
