Bentley delivered a new Bentayga Hybrid, complete with bespoke Mulliner details, to Scotch whisky producer Macallan Estate in Speyside, Scotland.
Following the announcement last month of a long-term brand partnership between Bentley and The Macallan, the new hybrid is the first of two permanent estate cars for The Macallan, to be joined by a matching Flying Spur Hybrid.
The new electrified SUV will be used to transport guests within the Estate. It will be charged on site by newly installed charging points using 100 percent REGO (Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin)-certified renewable electricity, sourced entirely from Wardlaw Wood Wind Farm in Scotland.
The exterior of this Bentayga Hybrid is finished in dark green metallic shade called Viridian, which pays homage to the over 60,000 trees on the Macallan Estate. The rest of the body has the Blackline Specification that covers the normal brightwork in a gloss black finish. The crossover rides on 22-inch wheels with machined faces and black pockets.
Inside, leather in the colors of Porpoise and Cumbrian Green abound. The seats have a section embroidered in Cumbrian Green thread that outlines The Macallan’s Easter Elchies House mark. To mimic the hue of scotch, Liquid Amber is the color chosen for the wood veneer trim.
The whisky brand's name appears on the side sills and dashboard, while LED welcome lights project the Easter Elchies House mark.
