Voge PH unveils CU525, DS900X

MANILA: Voge has unveiled the CU525 and DS900X for the Philippine market.

Over the weekend, the Eastworld Motor Industries Corporation formally introduced the latest products under the Loncin’s premium sub-brand that expanded its lineup to five.

Check out the details about the two new offerings.

Voge CU525

The Voge CU525 is 2,225 millimeters (mm) long, 845 mm wide, and 1,105 mm tall — with a 1,480-mm wheelbase and 710-mm seat height. It also has a 15-liter fuel tank capacity.

Offering a relaxed position for the riders, the cruiser comes with forward-set footpegs, oval shaped illumination system at the front fascia (head- and signal lamps), side mirrors located on both ends of the swept-back handlebar, sliders, and a leather seat.

It also has dual exhaust pipes (which provide the motorcycle’s deep and load grunts), 16-inch alloy wheels, as well as inverted telescopic forks at the front and twin shock absorbers with adjustable preload at the rear).

The Voge CU525 is propelled by a parallel twin, eight-valve, liquid-cooled, double overhead cam (DOHC) fuel injected, 525 cubic centimeter (cc) engine that can give up to 50 horsepower (hp). This powertrain is mated to a six-speed transmission.

Assuring the motorcycle’s stopping power are the disc brakes with anti-lock braking and traction control systems.

Other amenities fitted in the Vogue CU525 include digital instrument cluster.

Packaged with a three-year vehicle registration, the Voge CU525 is priced at P356,000.

Voge DS900X

On other hand, the Voge DS900X has the following dimensions:

  • 2,325 mm in length
  • 940 mm in width
  • 1,420 mm in height
  • 1,580-mm wheelbase
  • 825-mm saddle height

It features a 17-liter tank and rides on 21-inch front and 17-inch rear steel wire wheels.

The adventure motorcycle is fitted with a beak-like front fascia, a headlight that looks like a head of a wasp, a tall adjustable windshield, protected handlebars, and trellis bars.

Its comfort features include a heated seat, as well as inverted fork front and mono-shock rear suspension system.

Powering the two-wheeler is dual cylinder, four valve, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected DOHC 895 cc powertrain that can dish out 93 hp. It sips gasoline from its 17-liter fuel tank. Further, the engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox.

Its disc brake system dual for the front, single for the rear), guarantees the halts and decelerations.

Among its notable conveniences are the keyless ignition system and the seven-inch digital display connected to a dashcam.

The Vogue DS900X’s retail price varies from P636,000-P656,000 (depending on the chosen color option).
