Volkswagen PH Opens First South Luzon Dealership in Santa Rosa, Laguna

German auto brand Volkswagen has opened its doors for the South Luzon market with the inauguration of the Santa Rosa, Laguna dealership. In partnership with the Lica Auto Group, the Volkswagen Santa Rosa dealership is strategically located along Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Road. It operates under the Lica Auto Group's Strasbourg Auto Corporation. The latest opening is the eighth Volkswagen dealership put up since 2013 and is aimed to cater mainly to the upwardly mobile markets of the Calabarzon Area (Region 4A) that encompasses the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon. The said dealership will showcase Volkswagen's local lineup such as the Santana, Santana GTS, Lavida, and Lamando. During the inauguration, Volkswagen Philippines President Felipe Estrella expressed excitement over the partnership with Lica Auto Group. "Establishing our eighth Volkswagen dealership in the country, at the economic epicenter of a developing phenomenon that is the Calabarzon area, was a very easy decision to make. And in collaboration with the Lica Auto Group, we are able to establish our presence in a very exciting market. Now, the region's residents and enterprises will have more access to the German engineering, build quality, and driving experience of Volkswagen automobiles and the accompanying Volkswagen aftersales services and support," Estrella said. Meanwhile, Lica Auto Group President Felix Limcaoco III, echoed the Estrella's sentiments.
