Volvo PH offers premium services with new Online Concierge
While the Covid-19 virus continues to be an ever-present threat, how the world will fare post-lockdown remains uncertain. But one thing’s for sure—the pandemic has dramatically changed the way people do business in more ways than one.
To reduce the possibility of spreading the disease, enhanced sanitation and social distancing practices are implemented in every type of commercial establishments, car dealerships included.
Fortunately, we are at a point in time where it’s very much possible to conduct business within the confines of our own home. From ordering food, purchasing groceries, and even scheduling a car service, digital communications technology has been proven useful in keeping people safe and far from the dangers of the deadly virus as possible.
Volvo PH is harnessing this useful tool to strengthen its commitment to its valued clients. With the new Volvo Concierge, the Swedish car brand provides its Filipino customers a one stop-shop service that aims to address all sales- and aftersales-related concerns quickly and efficiently.
“These unprecedented times call for extraordinary measures. Immediately after the ECQ was announced, we had created a system that will provide online assistance and support to the vehicle needs of our patrons,” said Atty. Albert Arcilla, President and Chief Executive Officer of Volvo Philippines.
Using the Volvo Concierge, Volvo car owners may be able to schedule their car maintenance service with a few clicks of a button. No need to wait in line for hours to be served—just bring your vehicle to the dealership in time for your schedule, and Volvo technicians will soon be working on your car and done before you know it.
Volvo Concierge also makes it possible for car shoppers to buy a new Volvo online without leaving the sofa.
The app’s online sales service gives car shoppers their own dedicated Volvo concierge who will assist them via video conferencing apps and online sales tools to guide them through the entire car buying process.
Volvo PH launched the Volvo Concierge service in March 2020 immediately after the government announced the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
Sales and aftersales services have resumed for Volvo PH with the reopening of their NCR dealerships last week, and the brand is encouraging its customers to use Volvo Concierge for their convenience.
