Volvo PH opens retail space in Alabang

Volvo Philippines has opened its latest retail outlet in Alabang that is eyed to cater to the sales and service needs of its customers in the area and nearby locations.

The Scandinavian automotive brand’s local distributor said in a statement that the latest business concept — dubbed as Volvo Retail Space — was introduced as part of its expansion initiatives in the country. According to the company, it is in preparation for a full dealership transition.

The newest establishment under the brand was made in partnership with the ANC Group of Companies led by Anthony Cheng. It is located at Tierra Nueva, Alabang-Zapote Road, Cupang, Metro Manila.

“As we celebrate almost three decades of Volvo presence in the country, we mark it with another milestone by establishing a new car retail business concept. The Volvo Retail Space will enable us to make our vehicles and service more accessible to Volvo enthusiasts and loyal customers residing in Alabang and neighboring areas”, Volvo Philippines President and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Alberto Arcilla said.

Further, Volvo Philippines shared that the partnership shows its dedication to customers.

Earlier, Volvo Philippines was one of the first automotive dealerships in the country to receive the government’s Safety Seal Certificate. 

It is also the first car company locally to launch a client-centric customer service program during the coronavirus pandemic through Volvo Concierge. This multi-channel system assists Volvo car customers and owners with their sales and aftersales needs.

Similar to the Volvo Philippines headquarters in Makati, the Volvo Retail Space in Alabang provides a safe and comfortable space where guests can look at Volvo models on display, conduct their sales and aftersales business.

“We are preparing an exhilarating line-up of vehicles as we continue to move towards a more electrified range. That is why we are doubly excited to open our doors in the south and share the premium Volvo retail experience with our clients in the area,” Arcilla noted.
