Mitsubishi has teased the all-new Strada, also known as Triton and L200 in other regions, which will make its global premiere on July 26, 2023.
The Japanese carmaker released a one-minute video on its official YouTube channel showcasing the design philosophy used for the all-new Strada. You can check it out, here.
According to Mitsubishi, the all-new Strada was designed under the concept “Beast Mode.” That said, it is now supposed to be more “robust,” “athletic,” and “professional.”
Despite the camouflage wrap worn by Mitsubishi’s pickup truck, we were able to make out a new front lighting setup as well as T-shaped tail lamps at the rear.
The overall dimensions of the Mitsubishi Strada also appear to be boxier than the current-generation model.
Inside, the all-new Mitsubishi Strada looks like it will have a slew of tactile buttons as well as a rotary knob, probably for gear or drive mode selection.
To recall, Mitsubishi previously showcased the XRT Concept. Compared to the all-new Strada revealed in the teaser video, the XRT Concept is more muscular and has more appointments geared towards off-road use.
And while we’re on the topic of concept cars, Mitsubishi Philippines recently previewed the XFC Concept at the Newport Mall in Pasay.
