WATCH: NBA star Devin Booker appears alongside 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06
Chevrolet becomes another automotive brand to produce its own short film showcasing its latest offering.
In 8,600 minutes: Putting the World on Notice, Chevrolet features professional basketball superstar, Olympic gold medalist and avid car enthusiast, Devin Booker as well as record-breaking performance builder and driver Emelia Hartford as they join General Motors’ passionate engineers and designers to learn what it takes to create the all-new 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06.
A teaser of the short film has been uploaded on Chevrolet’s official YouTube channel which you can watch here, but the actual film — which Chevy says is approximately 30 minutes long — will premiere on Chevrolet’s website on October 26 at 12 p.m. ET.
Immediately following the film, Chevrolet will host a panel discussion featuring Corvette and third-party experts, who will share how the Corvette Z06 provides an unparalleled driver experience.
Those who will wait for the launch of the short film to see the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 will be pleased to know that Corvette posted photos of the track-ready performance sports car on its official Instagram page.
Captioned “Who needs spy photos when you’ve got the real thing,” Chevy revealed the actual photos of the upcoming Corvette Z06, which rumors say will be fitted with a flat-plane crank V-8 like a Ferrari.
Of course, Chevy is still to confirm any of these speculations but because the same powerplant powers the Corvette C8.R race car, many believe that the 2023 Z06 could possibly be packing a 5.5-liter flat-plane crank V-8.
