The country’s official distributor of Morris Garages (MG) has forged an alliance with e-commerce platform Shopee that will give online shoppers a chance to win a brand-new MG 5 sedan this month.
In a statement, MG Philippines said it collaborated with Shopee for its biggest sale season for 2021 in a bid to showcase the MG brand and its portfolio. As a result, they will be raffling a MG 5 Core MT model off in the much-awaited event.
It noted that Shopee app users have to watch the Shopee’s 11.11 Big Christmas Sale TV Special on GMA 7 and Shopee Live on Thursday, November 11, from 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. to win the aforementioned sedan model.
“With their Shopee apps open, users then need to wait for the Shopee Shake segment within the show and, once it begins, they can start shaking their phones in order to earn Shopee coins and a chance to drive home the coveted MG 5 Core MT Sedan. At the end of one minute of play, the user who is able to generate the highest number of coins during the Shopee Shake game wins a brand-new MG 5 Core MT Sedan,” the local automotive distributor added.
MG Philippines Executive Director and Senior Vice President for Marketing and Communication Services Jocelyn Buena expressed excitement over the collaboration with Shopee Philippines.
