Launched under the “#StartYOUniqueness” campaign, the Yamaha Mio Fazzio was engineered with a very youthful vibe designed to appeal to the Generation Z (those born from 1995-2010) market.
“Just as Gen Zs love exploring and creating trends, the Mio Fazzio can be their blank canvas to paint on their character. Now, no matter what style they want to wear or mood they want to express, Mio Fazzio is being their cup of tea,” YMPH explained in a statement.
The new scooter from Yamaha is 1,820mm long, 685mm wide and 1,125mm tall with a 750mm seat height, 1,280mm wheelbase and 135mm ground clearance.
The vehicle’s oval-shaped elements of the headlights, signal lights, taillights and inverted LCD meter panel complemented the neoclassical aesthetics of the newly introduced model.
The Yamaha Mio Fazzio is powered by a single-cylinder four-stroke, two valve, single overhead cam 125cc Blue Core hybrid powertrain with smart motor generator and stop and start system. Although it has the same displacement as with the engines of the Mio i125 S, Soul i 125, Gear and Gravis, the power mill has relatively lower horsepower output (8.3hp) yet delivers the same pulling power (9.5Nm torque).
Further, the Yamaha Mio Fazzio is equipped with a hydraulic single disc brake in the front and mechanical leading trailing drum brake for the rear. The vehicle sits on 12-inch tires.
Other features of the Yamaha Mio Fazzio include an electric power socket, double carabiner-style hooks, spacious footboards, 17.8-liter underseat storage and its Y-Connect system.
Offered in Ivory White, Cyan, and Red body colors, the Yamaha Mio Fazzio is priced at P88,900.
