Yamaha PH offers online motorcycle classes
Ever since the pandemic, companies by and large have shifted to the digital platform to reach to their target market. This is also their way to boost their cause. Such is the case of the local arm of Yamaha.
Yamaha Philippines recently launched the digital version of the Yamaha Safety Riding Program—its advocacy toward safe and proper riding etiquette.
Fit for the new normal scenario, the Yamaha Safe Riding Science Program has turned its face-to-face seminars into digital webinars.
Now running for more than two decades, the Yamaha Safe Riding Science Program has initiated hundreds of activities across the archipelago—equipping riders with the right information and knowledge at no extra cost.
Be it beginners, experienced riders, Yamaha club groups, aspiring riders, mothers, couples, company employees, traffic enforcers, and even military personnel, the Yamaha Safe Riding Science Program has reached out to numerous riders willing to be educated.
Prior to the virtual meeting set-up, the Yamaha Safe Riding Science Program was a classroom-type seminar that discusses forms of traffic safety and rider awareness. Afterwards, participants would take part in an outdoor hands-on riding course to learn the ropes about the motorcycle and its proper operation.
Now that hands-on lecture and riding courses are discouraged because of the dreaded Covid-19, Yamaha Philippines assures that their instructors are very capable to teach as these people have been equipped with latest educational modules to bolster a rider’s knowledge.
The Yamaha Safe Riding Science Program covers a multitude of programs—from the fundamentals of riding and motorcycle function up to advanced traffic anticipation for varying travel conditions.
The digital version of the Yamaha Safe Riding Science Program keeps lines of communications open as they believe that interaction is vital when imparting knowledge.
With that, the instructors make it a point to involve all the viewers and answer any inquiries to the best of their ability.
Last week, the activity was previewed by select media attendees who got to experience the program in its digital platform.
The Yamaha Safety Riding program is now online—which they have designed to keep riders safe and enhancing one’s riding ability even from afar.
