Yamaha Sight Safe Run Yields Outstanding Fuel Economy Figures
Yamaha Philippines and Motortrade conducted the first leg of its fuel economy run for this year, the 2019 Yamaha Yamaha Sight Safe Run.
Now on its second year, the first leg recently took place in Cainta, Rizal.
The Yamaha Sight Safe Run's route in Rizal gave the riders a chance to and enjoy the scenery of the province whilst achieving outstanding efficiency.
Riding the Yamaha Sight, rider participants experienced its fuel efficiency while enjoying the performance of its fuel-injected engine with enhanced braking force.
The race started at the Yamaha 3S Shop in Ortigas Extension going to Motortrade Tanay--a 24-kilometer ride--then 82.8 kilometers to Petron Lumban.
After this station, they rounded back to Motortrade Tanay and finally finished the competition in the Petron CDV Ortigas in which they filled up their ride to wrap up the whole 164-kilometer race.
The Yamaha Sight Safe Run lasted for four hours and 49 minutes, enough time for them to experience its fuel efficiency.
Out of the riders who participated, Victor Dagaas finished at first place with his record of 110km/L followed by Reymart Dumandan in second and Marlon Aloba in third.
Continuing with them on the final leg were the rest of the riders in the Top 10 finishers of the race. Apart from the riders, there were media guests who also experienced the fuel-efficiency of Yamaha Sight, and Lance Arvie Ruiz of Drive2Ride PH went home as the best finisher with 94.29km/L.
