Persistent software and reliability issues
I’ve been a fan of the engineering of Audi, so I was really very enthralled to try out the RS e-tron GT. After driving it straight for four hours I can say that this car is an absolute joy to drive. It is refined, fast, and responsive. The interior is very comfortable and luxurious, and it also has excellent comfort features. However, I had a software issue that took a huge hit on my ownership experience leaving the car dead. The Roadside Assistance of Audi was supposed to help, but in the process, they damaged the car. It took more than three weeks to get it fixed, and after that also, the customer service of Audi was lackluster.
