Doesn't cater to the standard of a luxury SUV
My wife desperately wanted to buy the BMW XM, but I was not very sure about its reliability. I recommended her a few other cars, but she didn't show any interest in them. I don't know why her heart was set on the XM, but I had to fulfill her desire as a loving husband. I purchased it three months back and have mixed reviews about it. I love its future-forward interior and abundance of standard features that elevate its luxury quotient. Despite its three-ton curb weight, it's very fast. But at a slow speed, its transition between the internal combustion and electric system is unrefined.
