The interior of the Jetour Dashing presents a tech-forward and comfort-oriented environment while embodying a subtle minimalist aesthetic. It showcases extensive head and legroom and excellent economy of space. It also has supportive and well-cushioned seats luxuriously upholstered in soft leather for both comfort and style. The centerpiece of the Dashing’s interior is a 15.6-inch central touchscreen infotainment system powered by a third-gen Snapdragon high-performance chip. The system is fully compatible with AutoNavi, Tencent, and Baidu Maps, along with Android and AppleCar Play. 

This is paired with an equally impressive 8-inch LCD instrument cluster and an HUD Head-Up display which projects essential info directly on the windshield. Additional interior perks and creature comforts include wireless charging pads, ambient lights, a dual-zone climate control system, dedicated air vents, an optional panoramic sunroof, and plenty of trunk space. 

The Dashing fits its name like a glove, with a very dashing exterior that manages to blend sophisticated aesthetics with a more grounded and practical edge. It has a very distinctive front fascia that evokes something similar to woven mesh. Meanwhile, the lower bumper with black accents and sizeable air intakes give off a very aerodynamic feel. Overall, it manages to be a perfect cross between rugged and posh. 

Its sophistication is more pronounced thanks to its tastefully streamlined silhouette made possible by concealed door handles, slightly sloped roofline, prominent character lines on its side profile, and its blacked-out pillars and elegant wheel arches. The whole is rounded out by its rear end which comes fully equipped with a sculpted tailgate, extended full-width LED taillights, a rear spoiler, and a diffuser-like rear bumper. 

Jetour Dashing provides a good balance between comfort and performance thanks to its MacPherson strut front and multi-link rear suspension. This, combined with electric power steering, allows ease of maneuverability, even at low speeds. It simultaneously provides reliable assistance for finicky parking. Overall, the Dashing manages to provide the best of both worlds – allowing for a measured degree of agility and responsiveness, without necessarily sacrificing overall comfort or becoming too sporty in the handling. 

The Dashing comes equipped with a 16-valve 1DOHC, 5-liter, 4-cylinder, turbocharged direct injection gasoline engine. This engine is capable of 156 hp at 5,500 rpm and has 230 Nm of torque between 1,700 to 4,000 rpm. This is the only engine option available for the Philippine market. 

The Dashing provides an excellent suite of active and passive safety features that guarantee a safe and problem-free driving experience. Its high-strength steel body is specifically designed to absorb and distribute impact in the event of a collision, while pretensioner-equipped seatbelts come with built-in load limiters that help mitigate the force upon impact. 

Outside of the strength of its build, the Dashing also comes with a plethora of active safety features like an Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), 540° Panoramic Parking Assistance, and ISOFIX Child Seat Anchors – and that’s not even the half of what it can offer. 

Jetour also states that the Dashing meets the latest Euro NCAP Rating, although no official testing has yet been done specifically for the Dashing. Overall, the Dashing provides an excellent suite of safety features that guarantee a truly safe ride every time.
