Capable executive SUV
The current version of the Land Cruiser Prado is the same as the first model. It’s more of a capable, executive SUV than an off-road vehicle. The 2.0-litre diesel engine produces 201PS and 500Nm. That’s great power for a long distance cruise. The 4WD comes as standard across all Prados. The driveability of the Prado is extremely good on highways. The Prado’s design makes it stand out from the crowd and the car is a real head turner. Handling the car is predictable and it sails smoothly over road imperfections. But I find the car overprized than most of its competitors.
