Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory Design
In its second generation which is available right now, the Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory has evolved into a sleeker and sharper looking motorcycle than ever before. There are a number of enhancements carried out by Aprilia to make sure the motorcycle looks as Italian and head-turner as possible.
At the front, the Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory retains the tri-part headlamp assembly. However, the headlamps are now sleeker and are surrounded by thin creases of daytime running LEDs. This whole new headlamp assembly is integrated into a newly designed front fairing which is more rounded than before, with a large transparent windscreen.
Below the headlamps, there are sleek air vents with winglets below them. The rearview mirrors mounted on the front faring no longer come fitted with integrated turn indicators. Instead, the daytime running LEDs have the dual functionality of turn signals as well. All these changes definitely make the motorcycle more aerodynamic to look at, as compared to the erstwhile version.
The side profile of the Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory too looks subtly revised, with a larger fuel tank and slimmer side panels. The side parts of the front fairing come with multiple air vents, which are helpful in wind deflection at higher speeds. The exposed aluminium frame, as well as swingarm, goes well with the black-finished engine. This time around, the exhaust pipe has grown much larger in size. The Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory has a very compact tail section, with a small triangular LED tail lamp and a small rear fender. The motorcycle comes with a curved riding seat and a very small pillion seat.
The part-digital instrument console of the previous generation has been replaced now by a rectangular 5-inch full TFT instrument console. The colored display of this instrument console has a host of data to offer and also packs in Bluetooth connectivity as well.
