BMW C 400 GT Design
The BMW C 400 GT is easily one of the most futuristic-looking scooters of today’s times, with the sci-fi design matching its aggressive personality. The overall design looks very busy, but at the same time, it doesn’t feel overdone at any point in time.
The aggressive front fascia of the BMW C 400 GT includes a slightly low positioned dual headlamp setup, which is full-LED units here. This V-shaped dual headlamp setup does get protruding bits just below them to make it look even sportier. The front fairing on which the headlamps are placed comes with a couple of slanted cuts and creases and also gets a large and transparent windshield placed slightly at the top, which offers a fully adjustable arrangement. The side portions of the front fairing extend all the way down to the rear floorboard and look quite aggressive while featuring vertically laid LED turn indicators placed slightly at the bottom.
The BMW C 400 GT, when viewed from the sides, has got a very busy design language, which is full of aggressively styled panels placed one over the other. The split floorboard has got a wide design, with slim panels for the foot space and a broad center tunnel featuring the fuel filler cap. The stepped theme for the seat looks quite huge and is incredibly roomy for two full-sized adults, thus remaining true to its touring friendly maxi scooter personality.
At the back too, the BMW C 400 GT impresses with its broad look, with a large LED tail lamp assembly as well as split pillion grab rails placed just on the sides of the pillion seat. The broad looking side body panels also feature small compartments just below them, which hides much of your small knick-knacks with ease.
Talking about the rider’s cockpit of the BMW C 400 GT, it looks quite wide and premium with the split handlebar theme as well as a full TFT instrument console. The fully digital panel here displays all the right and much-needed information and also features Bluetooth compatibility and navigation inputs. The presence of some cool features like keyless ignition and an extremely roomy under-seat storage space with a USB charger, make it feel even more practical.

BMW C 400 GT Engine & Fuel Consumption
Mated to a simple V-belt automatic transmission, the four-stroke, single-cylinder, water-cooled, fuel-injected, 350cc engine of the BMW C 400 GT feels super refined and eager to rev. The engine is capable of producing a maximum power output of 34 PS, while the peak torque output is rated at 35 Nm.
-
BMW C 400 GT Braking & Safety
For a maxi-scooter as premium as BMW C 400 GT, it’s surprising that it misses out on a number of riding aids. However, it does get some premium inclusions in the form of a dual-channel ABS, a keyless ignition system, and automatic stability control.
