MV Agusta F3 675 Overview
The F3 675 might be the oldest motorcycle in the current lineup of MV Agusta in the Philippines but it continues to be a graceful-looking motorcycle, which still has got the mettle to take on the new brigade of middleweight supersport motorcycles. One of the finest examples of top-spec aerodynamics, the MV Agusta F3 675 is currently on sale in the Philippines with three colour options – Pearl Ice White, Red with Ago Silver and Matt Metallic Avio Grey.

MV Agusta F3 675 Design
The MV Agusta F3 675 is one of those few motorcycles which are successful in embracing their true age with their timeless design. Despite being one of the oldest motorcycles on sale in the middleweight category, the MV Agusta F3 675 looks sharp and desirable with its fine aerodynamic design, which makes it look relevant even in today’s day and age.
The MV Agusta F3 675 has a rakish fairing at the front, which is well characterized by smooth lines and comes integrated with a compact diamond-shaped headlamp. The headlamp looks a bit dated, as it is a full halogen headlamp and doesn’t get any kind of LEDs integrated into them. The headlamp is assisted with edgy-looking fins below it, which are a part of the aerodynamic design of the motorcycle. The upper parts of the front fairing have a transparent visor and fairing-mounted rearview mirrors, which come integrated with LED turn indicators.
The MV Agusta F3 675 has a sleek and tastefully-executed design when viewed from the side. The side panels of the full fairing partially hide the black-themed engine and its underbody and integrate an air vent in the middle of it. The sleek-looking fuel tank goes well with the rest of the design of the motorcycle and has smooth knee recesses for even taller riders. The motorcycle’s design looks even better due to the presence of a slightly-exposed red-coloured trellis frame and triple exhaust pipe arrangement with vertically-stacked bronze-coloured slim-looking pipes.
The MV Agusta F3 675 has a floating-themed tail section, with a split seat arrangement and a standard pillion seat cowl. The rear edges of the tail section come integrated with air cowls, between which an LED tail lamp is nestled. The motorcycle has a compact rear fender that is detachable and comes fitted with LED turn indicators. The single-sided swingarm and multi-spoke Y-themed black alloy wheels make the motorcycle look even more beautiful.
The only sore point which somehow fails to hide the age of the motorcycle is its full-LCD instrument console. While it is decently informative with a nice offset design, it doesn’t stand a chance in front of the modern-day full-TFT screens. This orange-backlit instrument console packs in a speedometer, tachometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel gauge, temperature gauge, gear indicator and selected ride mode and traction control level.

MV Agusta F3 675 Ride & Handling
Despite it being one of the oldest motorcycles in the company of middleweight motorcycles, the MV Agusta F3 675 has a very modern setup of mechanical hardware, which still is very relevant and can give some motorcycles a run for their money. The MV Agusta F3 675 comes with a suspension combination of Marzocchi upside-down telescopic hydraulic forks with rebound-compression damping and spring preload external and separate adjustment at the front and progressive Sachs, single shock absorber with rebound and compression damping and spring preload adjustment with single-sided aluminium swing-arm at the back. For braking, the MV Agusta F3 675 is equipped with dual 320mm disc brakes at the front and a single 220mm disc brake at the rear.

MV Agusta F3 675 Engine & Fuel Consumption

This four-stroke, liquid-cooled, inline-three, DOHC, 675cc engine produces a maximum power output of 128 bhp and a peak torque output of 71 Nm. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox and can make the motorcycle reach a top speed of 251 kmph.

MV Agusta F3 675 Braking & Safety
The MV Agusta F3 675 is armed with a decent set of riding aids, with features like dual-channel ABS with Race mode, traction control, riding mode, assist and slipper clutch, quick-shifter and rear-wheel lift-up mitigation.
-
MV Agusta F3 675 Verdict
Except for the slightly-dated-looking instrument console, the MV Agusta F3 675 still ranks as one of the most sensible and power-packed middleweight supersport motorcycles, which is a perfect stepping stone for those riders who wish to hone their riding skills before upgrading to a litre class supersport machine.
