A refined mid-size adventure bike
I have put thousands of kilometers on the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE and I don’t have words to explain how good it is both for off-road exploration and long highway rides. The parallel-twin engine of this bike is very responsive and punchy. This makes highway passing an effortless experience, yet this bike is not so aggressive that it will make you feel overwhelmed off-road. Unlike the other hardcore off-road motorcycles that seem to be a bit twitchy on pavement, the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE feels well-planted and stable. It also handles moderate trails effortlessly.
