Hino SS2PKUA Overview
The Hino SS2PKUA is a smaller capacity full-size heavy-duty truck from the 700 series of Hino Motors, which is positioned just below the flagship SS1EKSA truck in the overall lineup, as a more affordable and slightly less powerful option. Available in a 6x4 drivetrain combination, this 10-wheeled truck is being offered in only one paint shade of white.

Hino SS2PKUA Interior
Despite being one of the most modern-looking offerings in the 700 series of heavy-duty trucks, the Hino SS2PKUA has got the same boring-looking cabin that is there in its other siblings. The cabin lacks modernity, and at the same time, the lack of new-age equipment in the cabin further increases its dullness.
The cabin of the Hino SS2PKUA comprises a driver’s cockpit which is made up of a large two-spoke steering wheel and a simply laid out instrument console behind it. The center console looks fairly large, and thanks to its placement – slightly tilted towards the driver, the controls placed on it are in an easy reach to the driver. However, this center console looks raw and empty, with a series of open spaces for storage.

Hino SS2PKUA Exterior
Sharing its entire design with other trucks present in the 700 series of heavy-duty offerings of commercial vehicles, the Hino SS2PKUA looks big and proportionate for a truck of this class. The Hino SS2PKUA has been positioned as a tractor head, which looks decent and modern for its price.
The Hino SS2PKUA impresses with its tall personality when viewed from the front, and manages to look like how a full-size heavy-duty truck should look in the very first place. The Hino SS2PKUA comes with a lot of well-executed geometrically designed bits which manages to make the truck look not too boring.
Apart from the huge front windshield which has got a curved lower edge, another highlight which covers a majority of the front profile is the large rectangular grille in the lower front profile. The grille is constituted with three horizontal chrome slabs stacked one over the other, with the lowermost portion of the grille extending well on the front bumper too. The uppermost slab of the grille comes adorned with a huge rounded Hino logo in the middle of it.
The Hino SS2PKUA comes with triangular amber turn indicators fitted on the lower edges of the front apron, while the main headlamps are placed on the outer corners of the front bumper below where the turn indicators are placed. The Hino SS2PKUA also gets a pair of round small fog lamps, one each below the main headlamps.
The side door panels of the Hino SS2PKUA look busily styled, thanks to the trapezoidal recesses present in the inwards areas of it. The Hino SS2PKUA too comes with thick molding over the wheel arches like a majority of full-size trucks.
