The engine produces 15PS of power and 13.8 Nm of maximum torque, with Yamaha’s VVA technology adding to the low-speed torque delivery and instant acceleration. The fuel economy could have been a little better, but overall, considering the engine power, it is satisfactory.

The braking is supplied by a hydraulic single disc brake for the front and rear drum brakes. The standard S variant has great stopping capabilities with front ABS, The flat tires and considerably wide ones, in the rear, provide excellent road grip and stability.
